There is a 48 hour courtesy cancellation and rescheduling policy. If less than 48 hours notice is given for either there is a 50% charge of services booked. If you do not show up to your appointment there is a 100% fee of services booked. **However please reschedule if you are sick in any way. I will not be able to service you if you come to your appointment sick. This includes the common cold, flu etc. 

There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. After ten minutes if I am not able to complete the service in the remaining time you must reschedule and you will be charged 100% of services booked that day. Please allow time for traffic and parking.

Since CatCookHair is a small salon suite, I ask that you come alone to your appointments. This is for the safety of everyone and to create a relaxing experience. 

If you are in any way unhappy with your results please contact me within 48 hours. Please never be afraid to reach out. My goal is always to put a smile on your face!

All retail products are 100% refundable within 30 days as long as no more than 10% of the bottle is used. 

A credit card is required upon booking.
